Breakfast included a great food selection. I got perfect directions. The staff was super helpful with taxis I needed. I sure enjoyed exploring the area!

The room felt small for my needs. I did notice a bit of noise from the hallway. I wish the soundproofing was better so I could nap better.

excellent central stay

central location friendly staff amazing bed breakfast selection

I found the location excellent. Plaza mayor was just a short walk away. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful (especially at the front desk). i liked the breakfast buffet, it had a nice selection. the room i had was very comfortable with an amazing bed and pillows.

The lift seemed rather old. I was slightly concerned when using it.

Fantastic Stay! A Real Gem!

The staff was AMAZING! They helped me with directions and recommendations. I loved the breakfast buffet, it had so many choices. My room was very clean, I felt at home. Plus, the central location made exploring so easy!

The hallway carpet could use a refresh, it looks a little worn.

The location was central. Many shops and restaurants were very close. The staff at the reception answered quickly and politely. The building itself had historical significance. Many tourists stopped to admire its architecture.

The room faced the inner courtyard. Therefore, I had slightly limited natural light during the day. Still, it was not really a problem.

The location was amazing, offering easy access to all major city attractions. Most were within walking distance. the staff were cute and nice. They made check-in swift and easy. i found the room to be quite spacious, and the bathroom was both clean and generously sized. i particularly enjoyed the hotel's historic building, which many tourists stopped to admire and photograph.

I felt the breakfast lacked some variety. It would have been nice to see a few more options rotating daily.
